The Planit organisation is now one of the largest CAD/CAM/ERP solution providers in the world. This has been achieved through accelerated organic growth and the acquisition of major companies in targeted manufacturing markets. The company is now at the stage of developing its business where there is a need to simplify the structure of UK legal entities and in this regard from 1st September 2008 a new single legal entity called ‘Planit Software Limited’ will be used for all operational business matters either sourced from, or relating to, UK activities.

The relationship with customers and partners is of paramount importance to Planit so this information is provided to ensure that the process is completed professionally and with all parties fully informed. Most customers and partners will be receiving formal notification of this change but please contact Planit in the normal way if you have any questions relating to this matter.

Planit strives to continually improve the quality of its services and the changes set out above serve to reinforce this primary objective.
